Compayne Capital is an operator-led investment company founded by Peter Slavov and Laurent Calkoen. We combine direct investing, M&A and business-building experience with an active, hands-on and long-term approach to ownership.
What we look for
Established businesses with a strong foundation and room to grow.
We focus on established UK businesses providing compliance-led and essential services to business customers. Our core areas include fire and life safety, water hygiene, electrical compliance and related technical services.
Typically £2m to £10m in revenue, established and profitable, with recurring or contracted income and a founder or family owner considering the next chapter. We remain flexible where the business and opportunity are compelling.
